Diese Klebefolie wird trocken verklebt: Die besondere Beschaffenheit des Folienklebers ermöglicht eine trockene und blasenfreie Verklebung. Diese Carwrappingfolie ist auch thermoverformbar, läßt sich weitgehend ohne Farbverlust Dehnen und Ziehen und kann somit fast jeder Form angepasst werden. Knicke und Falten werden mit einem handelsüblichen Haarföhn einfach herausgeföhnt.

sensitive acrylic adhesive. Structured adhesive for faster application and convenient air egress.
Specially designed for full vehicle wraps and marking applications on vehicles with complex
compound curves.

· The adhesive is resistant to most chemicals (alcohol, diluted acids, oils and hydrocarbons).

RECOMMENDATIONS:
· Recommended minimum application temperature: +15 °C (59 °F). Apply preferably between
  20 °C and 25 °C (68 °F and 77 °F).
· Optimum environment -40 °C to +90 °C (-40 °F to +194 °F).
· Highly conformable, recommended for vehicles.

· The colour of the films is controlled by Hexis in order to ensure faithful reproduction of
  colour tints. Nevertheless, in the case of installs that require the use of several rolls of the
  same colour, Hexis recommends to use only one lot number of this colour.

ADHESIVE:
· Acrylic solvent based.
· Immediate and permanent adhesion; maximum adhesion after 24 hours.
· Structured adhesive for convenient application and elimination of air bubbles.
· Dry application.

SHELF LIFE:
· 2 years at +15 °C to +25 °C (+59 °F to+77 °F) and 30 to 70 % relative humidity, rolls
  standing upright in a dustfree environment before usage and in the original packing.

DURABILITY:
· The pigments (colouring) of the PVC influence the durability of the colours. The durability is
  confirmed by aging tests of the CAST HX20000 under UV rays and by natural exposure: the
  durability given below is the moment when a gradual decline or modification of the
  appearance shows.
