In order to maintain the highest possible quality, Avant Garde uses the latest computer-assisted techniques and tests for making the rims. This allows complete designs to be constructed, refined and optimized before any manufacturing takes place and each of the designs meets the rigorous testing of the JWL standard recognized in the industry. To detect even the smallest defects, our rims are pressurized in a specially designed water tank and scanned for hidden defects by X-rays
