At Supersprint every header is designed, developed and manufactured within our factory here in Mantova, Italy. With performance gains the main objective, we study and design primary and secondary piping configurations with varying diameters and lengths. These are then tested on our in-house MAHA Dynamometer enabling us to recognise the optimum setup. We also ensure the 02 sensor bungs remain in their original position for ideal fitting. Supersprint headers are manufactured using industry leading techniques from the best German 304 and 310S stainless steel with piping thickness variable from 1 to 1.5mm, along with CNC machined, hi-precision laser cut flanges built from 409 and 304 steel for perfect fitment and longevity. Our joints are TIG welded in order to guarantee strength and durability. For temperature critical, delicate applications we also use Inconel for some of our products.  These materials and processes ensure Supersprint headers are extremely high quality, durable products that offer true, tangible performance gains.

AUDI A6 C7 4G 1.8 TFSI (190 Hp) 2015 -> 2018 Front pipe + Metallic catalytic converter Supersprint front pipe with HJS 200 CPSI metallic sports cat.This component replaces the OEM front silencer.Because the OEM catalytic converter is originally  placed on the downpipe, in the engine bay, this component should be fitted with the Supersprint catless downpipe 767811.The HJS metallic matrix has a very high noble metal impregnation and it's the best on the market. It allows to pass periodical emission tests.The combination of 767811 + 767832 drastically improve the gas flow and bring a consistent power gain.The new position of the cat, under the car frame and way from the turbocharger brings, along with a better gas flow, also a temperature reduction inside the engine bay, as the cat can now exchange heat in open air.It's a component extremely recommended in road-use tuning programs.A O2 sensor bung is placed downstream of the new cat, in case the sensor wire is extended and the sensor plugged there.
