This valve kit allows the fitment of a fast response blow off valve on the 1.2 TSi engine as found in the SEAT Ibiza ( Mk5). As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, this valve not only gives you an incredible loud sound when lifting off the throttle during gear changes, but will also improve the throttle response by reducing any lag, as it will help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate. The kit includes all necessary parts with a machined billet adaptor for connecting the the throttle body, blow off valve, silicone hose ( a range of colours are selectable in the options below ) and the vacuum hose and pressure sensor connector. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the OEM valve, that have occurred. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. Recirculation Valve for VAG 1.4 TSi Twincharged engines   Productomschrijving This valve kit is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.4 Tsi twincharged ( supercharged and turbocharged ) engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves ( 2 bolt fitting). Turbo Actuator for VAG 1.4 Twincharged engines   Productomschrijving This actuator is compatable with the VAG 1.4 Twincharged engines found in the Audi A1, Seat Mk5 Ibiza / Bocenegra, Skoda Fabia and Volkswagen Polo. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request. It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.

Washer Bottle Cover for VAG applications BLACK   Productomschrijving These alloy Windscreen Washer Reservoir caps are a real treat. Made from billet alloy, they are designed to replace the original plastic cap ( shown below ) as found on most Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda models. This will notfit the MK1 or Mk2 Audi TT though. If you wish to check compatability before ordering, the lip on the neck of the washer reservoir needs to be approximately 51 - 54 mm in diameter. We can supply our alloy caps in either polished or finished in anodised black. Simply select your prefered choice in the options below.
