The Competition package for the BMW E-series consists of the intercooler upgrade kit EVO 3 and the N55 Y-pipe kit without catalytic converter and fits the following vehicles.

Intercooler Upgrade Kit:

The high performance intercooler features mesh dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), providing a 162% larger flow area, as well as 182% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO3 was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning stages on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing.
