Intercooler Upgrade Kit:
The high performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (520x210x130/stepped), offering 85% more flow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh offers very good cooling properties and is also very lightweight. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the BMW 135i/335i. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. The original charge air hoses can still be used. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! The Competition version has a weight of 6.6kg.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
