The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (550mm x 445mm x 70mm = 17,130cc), providing a 134% larger flow area, as well as 105% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system.
The connection diameters are Ø62mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67mm at the intercooler outlet.
The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. Tested and pressure stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
