The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (590mm x 170mm x 100mm = 10,030cm³) and thus offers a 70% larger inflow area and 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance network offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 6.6kg. CAD designed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has less back pressure than the series cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit, simply replace with the standard intercooler - plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and stable under pressure. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing. The connection diameter is 55mm on both sides.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
