The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm = 17.446L), providing 178% more flow area, as well as 158% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. As a result, the weight of the intercooler, despite its size, is only 9.1kg.
The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An air guide integrated in the end box allows a homogeneous filling of the Competition high performance mesh. The port diameters were increased to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler.
In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with the stock intercooler.
Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
