The Competition intercooler EVO 2 has the following mesh dimensions (520x210x150/staged 13,572cc), providing 85% more flow area, and 90% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses. The intercooler kit EVO 2 was developed directly for the high demands of the BMW N54 & N55 engines. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing.

In order for our EVO 2 version to fit all specified vehicles, minor adjustment work must be performed.
For vehicles with M package, additional adaptation work on the underbody panel is necessary.

The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 fits in the following vehicles with N54 & N55 engines:
