The high performance intercooler has the net dimensions 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L) and thus offers a 133% larger flow area, as well as 183% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO3 was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning stages on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
