The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions 670mm x270mm x70mm /stepped = 9,6Liter. This results in a 100% larger flow area, as well as 113% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high performance mesh still allows enough airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler. The weight of the intercooler is 6.8kg. This unique intercooler kit impresses with CAD developed freeform end boxes made of cast aluminum for best possible internal airflow and a pressure resistance of up to 6bar (tested). An easy assembly and top quality that will convince you. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. All this guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. You get here a complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace against series intercoolers. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing. The connection diameter is 65mm on both sides.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
