The Competition Intercooler Kit fits the following vehicles.

The high performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions, 550mm x 390mm x 95mm/50mm in a staged design, providing a flow area of 2145cm² and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters.
Despite the large surface area, the new Competition high-performance mesh still grants the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, sufficient airflow and is also very lightweight. The total weight of the intercooler is only 9.2kg. The end boxes are made of thin-walled cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CAD system. The inlet and outlet were increased to 80mm respectively, so this kit comes with multi-layer reinforced silicone adapters. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform.An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
