The EVO 2 high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (2 x [330mm x 222mm x 145mm] = 21,244cm³) and thus offer 77% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The Competition high-performance mesh offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 2x 6,7kg. This unique intercooler kit consists of CAD developed freeform end boxes made of cast aluminium for best possible internal airflow and a pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). A matching carbon air duct to ensure optimum flow to the intercooler. As well as additional silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. All this guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. You get a complete ready-to-install kit here, simply replace against series intercoolers - including new carbon air guides, silicone hoses and aluminium adapters. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing. 70mm inlet and outlet.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
