Fits plug and play on the following models with B58 engine: BMW 2er F22/23 M240i The 3.0 Liter B58 turbo engine of the BMW M models is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. The cooling of the charged air is thus achieved by a water-cooled intercooler integrated directly into the intake manifold. The new WAGNERTUNING hybrid-carbon intake manifold with integrated intercooler has a special core, which was specially developed for the high demands of the B58 engine and offers 50% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler.The calculated ratio of inner to outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time the best possible internal airflow.Using CFD simulations, the CNC-machined endtanks were designed for optimal airflow conditions.The result is excellent cooling with minimal back pressure. Therefore, this kit is also perfect for racing use.Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant performance increase! All WAGNERTUNING radiators have a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting cooling.The plug-and-play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform (an installation instruction is also included).
