With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI.

Blow Off Valve kit for VAG 1.4T 1.8T 2.0T Engines Productomschrijving This Blow Off valve is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.8 2.0T FSI or TFSi engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles fitted with the earlier version of the OEM valve that operate in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the diaphragm that have occurred. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. Made from billet alloy, they are designed to replace the original plastic cap ( shown below ) as found on most Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda models. This will notfit the MK1 or Mk2 Audi TT though. If you wish to check compatability before ordering, the lip on the neck of the washer reservoir needs to be approximately 51 - 54 mm in diameter. We can supply our alloy caps in either polished or finished in anodised black. Simply select your prefered choice in the options below.
