COMPETITION CHARGE AIR COOLER KIT for VW Polo AW GTI 2,0TSI (147KW/200PS) from 2018. The WAGNERTUNING high-performance charge air cooler features a new type of Competition mesh (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 600 mm x 167 [101] mm x 125 [90] mm [stepped]. This corresponds to an external net volume of 11.14 liters. Thus, the WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the Polo GTI offers a 24% larger frontal inflow area and 73% more external net volume compared to the original intercooler. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling characteristics with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from any environmental influences, as a result of which a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The assembly takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
