2.0 195KW/265HP 2006-2012 Volume: 17.4LWeight: 9.3kg The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 1st & 2nd generation 2.0T(F)SI engine. The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L), providing a 10% larger flow area and 50% more intercooler volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still grants enough airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD developed freeform end boxes with incorporated cast aluminum air baffle for best possible internal air distribution.The CNC machined hose connections were enlarged to Ø67mm , so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.Overall this intercooler has far from less back pressure than the stock cooler.In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform.All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.Available with TÜV parts certificate for many vehicles.
