Het krachtige Competition mesh is een hoogwaardig Tube Fin mesh met interne turbulators. Ondanks zijn omvang is het totale gewicht van de intercooler slechts 9,5 kg. De eindbakken van de intercooler zijn van gegoten aluminium en werden geoptimaliseerd met behulp van stromingsanalyses in het CFD-systeem.De aansluitdiameters zijn Ø62mm bij de inlaat van de intercooler en Ø67mm bij de uitlaat van de intercooler.Het resultaat is een uitstekende koeling met minimale tegendruk. Bovendien hebben al onze intercoolers een anticorrosiecoating met warmtegeleidende eigenschappen. Dit garandeert een permanente en optimale koeling met een aanzienlijke prestatieverhoging. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. As a result, the weight of the intercooler, despite its size, is only 9.1kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An air guide integrated in the end box allows a homogeneous filling of the Competition high performance mesh. The port diameters were increased to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system.The connection diameters are Ø62mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67mm at the intercooler outlet.The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure.
