Competition intercooler kit for BMW G30/31 520-540d G32 620-640d The Competition high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (570mm x 236mm x 150mm / stepped = 16,160cm³) and thus offers a 70% larger flow area, as well as 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 10.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest backpressure. In addition, all our charge air coolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
