The EVO 2 high performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (2 x [330mm x 222mm x 145mm] = 21,244cm³), offering 77% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh is very light, so the two intercoolers weigh only 2x 6.7kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analysis in the CFD system. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were extended to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes 4 reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure. Furthermore, the intercooler kit includes two matching carbon air guides each, to ensure an optimal flow to the intercooler. Thus, this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. You get here a complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace against series intercoolers - including new carbon air guides, silicone hoses and aluminum adapters. The performance intercooler mesh offers very good cooling characteristics. The weight of the intercooler is 2x 5.7kg. CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall, these intercoolers have less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit,simply replace with stock intercooler - silicone hoses included.
