Intercooler Renault Clio IV RS Wagner Competition kit
The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (300mm x 222mm x125mm) = 7.7L and thus offers a 16% larger flow area, as well as 113% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh is very light, so the complete intercooler weighs only 5.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CFD system. With the help of incorporated air baffles, in the entrance, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø60mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done on the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
