The Competition high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (590mm x 170mm x 100mm = 10,030cm³) and thus offers a 70% larger inflow area as well as 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 6.6kg. CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready to install kit,simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. Intercooler Upgrade Kit: The Competition Intercooler has a mesh area of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm and therefore has 17 Liter of charge air volume (OEM 9 Liter). The specially developed mesh (Tube Fin) ensures that adjacent parts such as the water cooler still retain enough airflow and is above all very light. The intercooler weighs only 8.4 kg in total.
