The high performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (255mm x265mm x 90mm), providing a 46% larger flow area, and 89% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers improved cooling characteristics on the latest Tube-Fin technology. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the Audi RS4. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! In direct comparison to the Performance Gen.1 intercooler, enormous improvements could be shown again.
This kit also includes air guides made of visually appealing carbon. The installation is done at the original mounting points and is very easy to perform. Inlet Ø55mm - Outlet Ø65mm

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
