Audi RSQ3 F3 294KW/400HP 10/2019+
Competition's high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (660x180x110 = 13,070cm³) and thus offers a 14% larger intake area and 57% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Competition's high-quality mesh is a high-performance tubular fin with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.3 kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our charge air coolers have a corrosion-resistant coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant performance increase. Fully installation-ready kit, simply replace with series intercooler - plug and play. Tested and pressure stable up to 6 bar. All our products are under constant quality control. Suitable for racing.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
