The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit EVO1 for Audi TTRS 8J and RS3 8P 2,5TFSI.
The high performance intercooler has the following external mesh dimensions (535mm x 160mm x 110mm), providing 40% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers the highest cooling properties at the cutting edge of tube-fin technology. The weight of the intercooler is 6.7kg. CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler - plug & play - the original intercooler hoses can still be used. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

Audi TTRS 8J 250KW/340PS (2009-2014)
Audi TTRS plus 8J 265KW/360PS (2009-2014)

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
