Intercooler Upgrade Kit EVO 2 for Audi TTRS 8J
The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (535mm x 260mm x 95mm), providing a 62.5% larger flow area and 94% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh grants sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very lightweight. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CAD system. This intercooler has hevorragende cooling properties and is just right for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weighs less than 10kg thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh. The assembly is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform(1:1 exchange). An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
