The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 150mm / stepped = 13,572 cc) and thus offers an 85% larger inflow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still grants sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (7.4kg). CAD-developed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
