The intercooler EVO 1 has the following net dimensions (520x210x130/staged 11,750cm³) and thus offers an 85% larger flow area, as well as 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Performance high performance mesh is a high quality bar and plate mesh with very good cooling properties. Due to the high material content, the performance version has a weight of 9.0kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO 1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first power stages of the BMW 35i engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 150mm / stepped = 13,572 cc) and thus offers an 85% larger inflow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still grants sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (7.4kg). CAD-developed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for BMW E89 Z4 35i(s). The high performance intercooler features mesh dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), providing a 162% larger flow area, as well as 182% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO3 was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning levels on the BMW Z4 35i(s). The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance.
