Intercooler upgrade kit for Ford (USA) F-150 Raptor 3.5l Ecoboost with 10 speed automatic transmission.
The high performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (500mmx388mmnx125mm/stepped), providing 62% more flow area, as well as 108% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high-performance mesh still grants enough airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very lightweight. The end boxes of the charge air cooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CAD system. The lower back pressure of 50% makes this intercooler the best choice when it comes to low intake temperatures. Easy assembly and quality are convincing. The kit includes additional mounting material to relocate the original oil cooler and to adapt the original fan frame. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
