The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm= 17,446cm³), offering a 10% larger flow area and 138% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh offers very good cooling characteristics. The weight of the intercooler is 9.75kg. CAD designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has much less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready to install kit, easy installation. Tested and pressure stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. Suitable for racing. 70mm inlet and outlet.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
