The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 2.0T(F)SI engine of the 1st & 2nd generation.

The Competition intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger flow area as well as 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still provides sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg/ WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD-developed free-form end boxes with integrated cast aluminium air baffle for the best possible internal air distribution.
The CNC machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67mm , so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.
Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler.
In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance.
Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out.
