The Competition high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (670mm x 302mm x 75mm = 15.175cm³) and thus offers a 40% larger inflow area and 229% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 8.9 kg. CAD-developed free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum for the best possible internal airflow. With the help of incorporated air baffles, in the entrance, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to Ø65mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
