Kia Ceed (CD) GT 1.6TGDI 150KW/204HP 2018+KIa ProCeed (CD) GT 1,6TGDI 150KW/204HP 2018+ The WAGNERTUNING high performance intercooler has a new type of Competition - net (Tube Fin) with the following dimensions580 mm x 120 mm x 150 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped net: 12.96 liters), which was developed specifically for the demands of the Kia (Pro)Ceed GT. This high performance mesh thus offers a 60% larger flow area, as well as 118% more mesh volume compared to the original intercooler. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still provides sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, through the use of a specially manufactured air baffle. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from any environmental influences, as a result of which a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (300mm x 350mm x 125[65]mm) and thus offers a 100% larger flow area as well as 117% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh is very light, so the complete intercooler weighs only 7.1kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CAD system. With the help of incorporated air baffles, in the inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet expanded to 60/50mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. The assembly is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform(1:1 exchange). An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
