Kia Optima (JF) GT 2,0TGDI 175-180KW/238-245HP 2016-2019 The WAGNERTUNING high performance intercooler has a new Competition - net (Tube Fin) with the dimensions of340 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm + 340 mm x 173 mm x 70 mm (stepped net: 14.71 liters), which was developed specifically for the demands of the Kia Optima GT. This high-performance mesh thus offers a 104% larger flow area, as well as 120% more mesh volume compared to the original intercooler. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still provides sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, through the use of a specially manufactured air baffle. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from any environmental influences, as a result of which a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The assembly takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
