VW Amarok 3.0TDI ( 120KW/163HP) 2017+VW Amarok 3,0TDI 4Motion (150-190KW/204-258HP) 2016+ The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new type of Competition mesh (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 590 mm x 425 mm x 65 mm. This corresponds to an external net volume of 16.3 liters. Thus, the WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the VW Amarok offers 81% more external net volume compared to the original intercooler. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for an ideal internal air flow). With the help of an air guide incorporated inside the cooler inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler network is ensured. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance network still provides sufficient air flow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from any environmental influences, as a result of which a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The assembly takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
