As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of only 8.4kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An air guide integrated in the end box allows a homogeneous filling of the Competition high performance mesh. The intercooler's inlets and outlets were enlarged to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.
