Intercooler Upgrade Kit:
The Competition Intercooler has a mesh area of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm and therefore has 17 Liter of charge air volume (OEM 9 Liter). The specially developed mesh (Tube Fin) ensures that adjacent parts such as the water cooler still retain enough airflow and is above all very light. The intercooler weighs only 8.4 kg in total. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler are enlarged to Ø 70mm, therefore this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
