HIGH CAPACITY PISTON VALVE with FITTING KIT FOR TT or RS3 Productomschrijving This valve kit was developed for those who have tuned, or plan to tune, their vehicles in excess of 450hp, as it was observed that cars over 450bhp were randomly getting errors from the stock solenoid valve not functioning. Whilst the stock valve will operate as designed, with the boost level necessary for 450bhp, the stock valve couldn’t move the amount or volume of air it needed to , so the ECU was seeing too great a positive boost in the MAP readings between gearchanges and assuming the stock valve wasn’t functioning correctly. We looked closely at this issue and noted that there would be no real fix for this as the size of the hole for the valve is too small in the stock elbow. We decided that we would re-design and produce our own elbow, allowing a much larger dv port, which in turn would allow fitment of a larger valve, to take advantage of it. We also improved the internal flow of the elbow and removed restriction within the valve. With the engine management on this engine being MAP based rather than MAF based, which is unlike many other Audi engines, we have also incorporated the option into the kit of being able to run as a recirculation valve or with an atmospheric discharge / Blow off. Intercooler Audi S3 2 Litre   Productomschrijving This uprated intercooler replaces the original front mounted intercooler . Following extensive testing of various intercooler core designs, the clear leader was a 650 x 400 x 50mm Bar and Plate core. Our testing was conducted on both standard vehicles and also those running larger turbos to ensure that this product would function with all states of engine tune . During testing we recorded gains between 19- 26 bhp depending of the engine tune with significant reductions in the inlet temperature. Our intercoolers are supplied with all the mountings required and comprehensive fitment instructions.

Intercooler for the A4 2.0T B8 Petrol Black   Productomschrijving This front mounting intercooler kit has been designed as an upgrade for the Audi 2.0 TFSi (B8 models). After extended testing, we found that the most efficient core design for these models, was of a tube and fin construction, and along with an increase in surface area, plus an overall dimensional increase, we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across our intercooler, when compared to stock intercooler. With testing conducted both on road and on the dyno, to ensure that this kit really worked, our results showed both a reduction in inlet temperature, an increase in horsepower and torque, but with no detrimental effect on lag or spool up time. The Dyno results gave a respectable +12hp , + 28 ft/lbs on a standard tuned engine, with increased benefits when software tuned. The hoses used are available in Red,Blue or Black.
