The Upgrade Kit for VW Golf II Rallye G60 Intercooler.
Since VW has discontinued the intercooler for the rare Golf II Rallye G60, we have re-released it and also improved it.
The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions, 550mm x 335mm x 50mm, which corresponds to a volume of 9.2 L. The high-quality mesh offers very good cooling properties. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in CAD. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the Golf II Rallye G60. The intercooler is characterized by a very low back pressure. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. Optimal cooling of the loaded air with a clear performance increase!

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
