Since VW has discontinued the intercooler for the G60, we have re-released it and immediately improved it as well. The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions, 550mm x 335mm x 50mm, which corresponds to a volume of 9.2 L. The high-quality mesh offers very good cooling properties. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in CAD. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the Golf II GTI G60. The intercooler is characterized by a very low back pressure. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform.
