This is the perfect replacement for the OEM hose which has a history of premature failure. Forge Replacement Valve for 2.0litre FSit Engines with remotely located valves We re proud to announce another industry first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge Motorsport! For owners of VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine that have the electronically controlled bypass valves, situated at the front of the engine (as shown in the photo below), we can now offer an alternative If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible. This product is applicable for all of the following 2.0 FSiT applications where the OEM valve is mounted remotely: Audi S3(8P), VW MK5 Golf Edition 30 and the Seat Leon Cupra

HIGH CAPACITY PISTON VALVE with FITTING KIT FOR TT or RS3 Productomschrijving This valve kit was developed for those who have tuned, or plan to tune, their vehicles in excess of 450hp, as it was observed that cars over 450bhp were randomly getting errors from the stock solenoid valve not functioning. Whilst the stock valve will operate as designed, with the boost level necessary for 450bhp, the stock valve couldn’t move the amount or volume of air it needed to , so the ECU was seeing too great a positive boost in the MAP readings between gearchanges and assuming the stock valve wasn’t functioning correctly. We looked closely at this issue and noted that there would be no real fix for this as the size of the hole for the valve is too small in the stock elbow. We decided that we would re-design and produce our own elbow, allowing a much larger dv port, which in turn would allow fitment of a larger valve, to take advantage of it. We also improved the internal flow of the elbow and removed restriction within the valve. With the engine management on this engine being MAP based rather than MAF based, which is unlike many other Audi engines, we have also incorporated the option into the kit of being able to run as a recirculation valve or with an atmospheric discharge / Blow off. Intercooler Audi S3 2 Litre Productomschrijving This uprated intercooler replaces the original front mounted intercooler . Following extensive testing of various intercooler core designs, the clear leader was a 650 x 400 x 50mm Bar and Plate core. Our testing was conducted on both standard vehicles and also those running larger turbos to ensure that this product would function with all states of engine tune . During testing we recorded gains between 19- 26 bhp depending of the engine tune with significant reductions in the inlet temperature. Our intercoolers are supplied with all the mountings required and comprehensive fitment instructions.
