Opel Astra H OPC 2.0 Turbo 177KW/240HP (2005-2010) The Competition high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (550mm x 240mm x 90mm= 11.830cm³) and offers 132% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fin) still grants sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of only 7.5kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. The intercooler's inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 65mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
