A dump trap or blow off valve serves for faster acceleration during shifting with turbo cars. When switching, taking back or releasing gas, an overpressure is created in the air system. With a dump trap, the excess turbo pressure is removed from the intake system, so that your turbo remains at speed. When the accelerator pedal is depressed again, it takes less time before the turbo pressure is rebuilt.

Competition intercooler kit for Fiat 500 Abarth The WAGNERTUNING high performance intercooler has a new competition net (Tube Fin) with the dimensions 600 mm x 204,6 mm x 80 mm (9.8 liters), which was developed especially for the demands of the Fiat 500 Abarth. This high performance net offers an 85% larger flow area, as well as 131% more net volume compared to the original intercoolers. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). For the best possible heat exchange, the WAGNERTUNING high performance intercooler is installed in the front of the vehicle, replacing the two original side coolers. Together with the WAGNERTUNING silicone hoses, the newly developed elliptical hose connection at the outlet of this charge air cooler allows a maximum possible reduction of the charge air distance.
