EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.

The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 2.0T(F)SI engine of the 1st & 2nd generation. The Competition intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger flow area as well as 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still provides sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg/ WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD-developed free-form end boxes with integrated cast aluminium air baffle for the best possible internal air distribution.The CNC machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67mm , so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler.In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for the VAG models with the 2.0T(F)SI engine of the 1st & 2nd generation. The Competition intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger flow area as well as 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still provides sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg/ WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD-developed free-form end boxes with integrated cast aluminium air baffle for the best possible internal air distribution.The CNC machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67mm , so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler.In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties.
