EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.

BMW 135i E82/E88BMW 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93 Intercooler Upgrade Kit: The high performance intercooler features mesh dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), providing a 162% larger flow area, as well as 182% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO3 was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning stages on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties.
